For the 19th, not on the 19th. I think we should categories the music, with a strict intenary. Personally I would travel for four hours of Garifuna Soul Music. I'm strongly in support.
First of all I would like to thank those who are the brain child of this website as a forum for open and candid discussion of our Garifuna struggles. First of all I would like to thank the National Garifuna Council to keep the flames burning especially around the 19th November. But as you know many of our past leaders are were from Dangriga yet what seem to be important to them is just the celebrations and not the social well being of the community. Unemployed, HIV are my main concerns, yet I haven't here our Dangriga Garifuna Leader speak up or even hold a conference to discuss the plight of our people. We as a people can influence the political landscape especially that we still have the majority in Dangriga,Stann Creek West and Punta Gorda.Our people need help and we must let them know.Silence creates a illusion that every thing is okay. I beg,I beg,I beg RAISE UP, SPEAK UP my Garifuna Leader lets help our brothers and sisters.The strength of a community is its people. Seremei, GOD BLESS
